This Chicago-born, New York-based Actor, Writer, and Musician does not believe in the idea of "boundaries" when it comes to creative expression. An alumni of Penn State’s Graduate Actor Training Program, Cecil has used his creative talents to excel at every level. Cecil believes in the power of creativity and he seeks to use his voice to channel human experience. He wants his audience to understand that the only person who can limit the trajectory for your life is the person staring back when you look in the mirror.
